Digital Services and Products

All services and products offered — including content creation, strategy development and account management— are digital in nature and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or initiated.


Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment
    If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service.
  • Non-Delivery of Service
    If we fail to begin the agreed-upon service within the expected timeframe, without any communication.
  • Technical Errors on Digital Downloads
    If a product cannot be accessed due to a technical fault on our side and we’re unable to resolve it within 7 business days.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase.


No Refunds on Customized Work

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not issue refunds once customized work (such as content calendars, post designs, or strategies) has started.

We do, however, offer reasonable revisions based on the terms outlined in your service package.


Revisions Policy

Most service packages include a limited number of revisions to ensure your satisfaction.
Additional edits beyond the scope of the package may be subject to extra charges.
